What Aliyah Blumenthal doesn't like about Starbucks:
I used to love this restaurant because of the excellent staff and service. However, ever since they hired new staff, I have encountered numerous issues when ordering drinks that are not on the menu. Sometimes the staff can be sassy or rude, even when it's not busy, and they seem to lack knowledge about the menu. I have had to send back drinks multiple times due to incorrect proportions. Coffee, icy black tea were fantastic. the people who work there are wonderful!
Baristas are always friendly and accommodating. Will remember you and your order by name if this is your regular Starbucks. Only downside is the wait time in the drive-thru during the peak morning and afternoon hours (though it’s no worse in that regard than any other Starbucks I’ve been to).

Typical Starbucks very clean very nice staff and overpriced
This is one of the best Starbucks in the area. I think I bypass 2 of them to come to this one. Customer service is always amazing and when they make a mistake they will own it and correct it. Plus... this is the only one that I can always get my cloud foam caramel coffee made perfectly. I always try to tell them they are the best and thank them for their service. Heads up... sometimes they are extremely crowded.
