The soup dumplings, scallion pancakes, and pan fried pork buns are great. I would expect that the other appetizers are pretty solid too. The yang zhou fried rice is alright too. The stir fried pork dish was lacking in pork and did not have the traditional sweet and spicy taste I was looking for. It also looked nothing like the picture in terms of ingredients used and quantity. My recommendation would be to stick to t... View all feedback.
What Richard Ford doesn't like about Lobster 3:
Driver did not follow instructions to contact me on arrival. Food sat on porch for half an hour and was lukewarm by the time I realized it had been delivered. This is a GrubHub problem not a problem with the restaurant. View all feedback.
The shepherds purse dumplings were good, however the chong qing spicy chicken I think was just the premade general tso chicken with some weak chilies, onion and pepper thrown on top. Not spicy, chewy, dry and tasted like general tso chicken does when it has no sauce on it.. Very disappointing for the price.
One of the worst experiences in recent memory. Took over an hour for food to be prepared on a sit down order. One other table occupied at 12:30 in afternoon should of been a tip that the locals do not eat here. Would bring out one plate every 15 minutes for an hour till all four orders(youngest daughter was only eating dumplings off our shared plate) were cooked. Lady. Claimed kitchen was busy. One pickup order went out and the other table of four ordered their meals. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Food below average in flavor and taste. Interior was in badly needed renovations. This was really bad.
We stopped here based on the reviews and I can say they are spot on. The outside of the place is very basic, but inside it's nice and looks renovated. We ordered the scallion pancakes, Thai spring rolls, pork soup dumplings and shredded pork fried rice. The staff was friendly and we came in early so they said to sit wherever we liked. We started with the spring rolls that are fried and not too oily. They had a good amount of filling and were delicious. Then was the scallion pancake. They were a little thinner then we like, but had very good flavor. Then the star of the dim sum show was the pork soup dumplings. The broth inside was silky and delicious! They are on the small side so if that's all I was going to have, I would have gotten 2 orders. We shared the shredded pork fried rice and I really like that they added corn kernels. It gave the rice a really nice flavor. Definitely would recommend this restaurant and I would come again. Also the first time you order online you get a free soup dumpling appetizer!! Very happy I found this place.
