Purchased gas and they wanted you to come inside for the receipt, then went around for a car wash grab the Platinum car wash took about 10 minutes just to accep... read more Purchased gas and they wanted you to come inside for the receipt, then went around for a car wash grab the Platinum car wash took about 10 minutes just to accept my credit card while having difficulties using the credit card notice that an employee wasstanding right out there smoking didn't bother to assist or ask if assistance was needed then went through the car wash itdidn't give me the tire sign like I ordered and when I pulled out on the other side there were two more employees smoking poor customer service.If you're going to get your car washed don't go here

All negative reviews here I believe are meant for the location across the intersection, which is the NE corner...this thread is supposed to be the SW corner but the photosare wrong. The smaller store (changing over to Casey's, has a Mobil) has a very friendly staff. The larger store (used to beBucky's, already switched over weeks ago) has a VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL staff. I will not be going there anymore...theyhave locked me out several times during store hours, and the lady behind the counter will whip receipts and change as she staresat you aggressively. They do not like customers. Please be advised

When I arrived at work moments lat... read more The clerk on duty sold me an e-cigarette cartridge and a battery along with a few other items on my way to work this morning. When I arrived at work moments later, I opened the e-cigarette cartridge and the battery, only to find that the battery is notcompatible with the e-cigarette cartridge. I went back to the store to ask for a refund but was told by the clerk that he couldnot refund my money. I asked the clerk to call his manager concerning this issue. The manager stated that since the package wasopened, he would NOT issue a refund. I had no choice but to contact the Police concerning this. Even while the Police werepresent, the manager refused to issue a refund for the items in question while the clerk laughed about my situation. This isthe worst customer service I have ever received? Update: No refund was ever issued. Buyer beware. I will never shop at thislocation again. Was loosing a customer over 30 dollars worth it Bucky?s?

He seems mentally challenged in a sense that he is rude and crazy and y'all should do better. First time here never ever ever going back. I've never encountered someoneso rude and not giving any f about anyone. I try to be so nice. Told him he should get a job where he's happy and can payattention. Sick individual. Could do better if he got ssi for that temper.

His attitude was rude and erratic, and I think he needs to improve his customer service skills. This was my first visit, and I definitely won’t be coming back. I’ve never encountered such rudeness and a complete disregard for customers. I tried to stay polite and even suggested that he consider looking for a job that would make him happier and help him stay focused. It was incredibly frustrating. He could really use some help managing his temperament.
