This Bakery was very... very friendly, scratches made bread and pastries. Appropriate prices. The owner gave us 3 free pastries for our humility and my son who graduated from the naval home base. We visited Deepof Texas.
As good as a little business. PERFECTION in breadback, and as many wonderful treats as huge fresh baked biscuits, scones and sourdough-coochdar rolls. JUST YUM! everything is HAND MADE from scratch. Can't express enough of how good this bakery is. And customer service is incredible. I'll wait for the weekend all week so I can dip into this fresh baked goodness. The owners are as good as the people you meet and so compellingly diligent about the quality. I never had a bad bread or some baked good here. In 10 years. Love it here. This is really a highland park jewel and we are lucky to have it. We tried honey wheat, honey white, challah, Italian, sourdough and others and it's all great. The glass box is full of handmade sweet treats that cannot be ignored : love breadsmith. They are part of my daily good food routine

Great items. Blueberry muffin was off the charts good. First time and owner was friendly, answering all our questions. Can't wait to go again!
