What User doesn't like about Kfc Nerang:
The dining experience at this restaurant was far from enjoyable. I ordered the large Zinger B C Ultimate Box, accompanied by a Sunkist drink. The meal included a small spicy chicken piece and, of course, a generous serving of fries. My lunch break turned into a lengthy ordeal just placing the order, which felt tedious and uninspired. They ran out of chicken but menulog wouldn't let me cancel the order, and they refused to pick up the phone and cancel on their end. I know it's run by teenagers but jesus they're lazy
Bought a 3 piece from the Nerang store today. WORST KFC in my life. Since when did they start using pigeons instead of chickens? This was meant to be an upsize. The small chips were half full and were cold and without seasoning. Each piece of chicken was cracked, over cooked and dried out. No answer from the store when tried repeatedly to call them.
