The gammon... read more We were staying at the Premier so went to the connected Thyme Restaurant. It was quiet but filled up a bit as the time went on. The service was good. The gammon steak came with peas, mushrooms and tomato which was a welcomed change from the usual peas served else where. Also it was served with pineapple and an egg. It was a good sized meal and we opted for a rest before we ordered a sweet. The staff were good with this and after about 10 minutes we ordered the sweets which we enjoyed.

The waiter asked if I'd like anything ordered from the kitchen, I asked if they did French toast, not on the menu, but he said he'd ask the chef and out came two delicious slices of French toast. There is something for everyone here, cold breakfasts, hot breakfasts continental also available.
