The gelato is clearly labeled to show which flavors are gluten-free, and the staff are willing to answer any questions. They offer gluten-free cones that are kept separate from the regular cones. If requested, the staff will use a new scoop. And, most importantly, the gelato is delicious!

The flavors may vary day to day, but they are all delicious. I highly recommend this place as the desserts are very tasty!

She has a dairy aller... read more We ventured to the Mieles pop up at Belladrum last night before leaving and the kindness the staff showed my little girl was just amazing. She has a dairy allergy and the two options available she didn’t like and she got a little upset (she’s 3). Knowing she couldn’t have the other flavours available one of the ladies had mentioned they may have another flavour available and one of the girls literally ran to check. Back she came with another flavour that was a winner. As an allergy parent, it can be daunting asking for options as I don’t want to seem like a nuisance but I felt nothing like it with the girls that were working last night. They were very accommodating and went above and beyond for our little one. I just wanted to say thank you so much and the kids LOVED their ice creams!!

I decided to try the pistachio and mango flavors and they were absolutely delicious and creamy. It was hard to believe that they were actually dairy-free. I didn't experience any digestive issues afterwards, which was a bonus.
