Castle Whisky Bistro - Highland

We had a fantastic stay in the castle hotel adult and two children in the old and room was just a delicious bite and a half. everything was perfect, even the temperature in the room. very comfortable beds and beautiful beds. the breakfast was perfect. we did not sit in the bar as if we wanted to leave children, but the open fire was very welcoming. all the staff were kind and did what they could. we would like to return and recommend this hotel in any case. Oh, her own gin was also delicious.

We were very excited to come to the whisky bar, but so disappointing. a very extensive list, although unfortunately not representative for the available whisky in the regals. from the list could not be found a selection. no dallas dhu, no rosebank, no tomintoul no glen elgin. at the end it was easier to find one in the cabinet that was there and went for this post: after minen my man found the tomtoul in the wrong cabinet

Wonderful food and staff. Highly recommend as a stop for some great food before continuing on the as food is a bit basic in other places.
