Came on Saturday to pick up an order for a large group. We had a slight miscommunication over the phone and when I was there it wasn't all ready. Long story short, the crew was amazing! I have my order in less than 5 minutes! Thanks Mary, Brooke and Isis!
Understandably today they were understand with the way the world is currently. Even though there was some confusion and a pretty long wait, an employee named Hugh was super nice and genuine with me. For that reason, I did not mind any wait. Thank you Hugh for the outstanding service.
Quality has seem to gone down. My toasted bagel was not toasted and was soft, warm but soft.
