The only waitress was very friendly and proficient in running the show. Love the Tandoori chicken, which is juicy. Spiciness of the Butter chicken and the Vanderi lamb was just spot on and perfectly matched by the naan. Serving of the Mango Lassi is the most generous in town.

My partner and I had wanted to try Jag's for quite some time (but never got around to it) then saw the recent Groupon voucher deal which allowed us a starter to... read more My partner and I had wanted to try Jag's for quite some time (but never got around to it) then saw the recent Groupon voucher deal which allowed us a starter to share, 2 mains, a naan of our choice and 2 desserts (all for $29 which was such good value)! The food was all super tasty: we had the samosa chat to start which was our favourite, then the goat curry and Punjabi curry as mains with a garlic naan which were amazing followed by a mango kulfi and the dumpling as dessert I could recommend everything! I think the only drawback was that the restaurant doesn't really have atmosphere, it was really quiet when we were in there (we were the only ones) so maybe some music in the background would be good. The service was very prompt and friendly though would highly recommend!

I contacted the restaurant and a woman asked me to send a picture and follow-up messages to the restaurant for a refund through Uber Eats. However, I have not received the refund yet. When I spoke to the manager, he told me to take up my complaint with Uber Eats if I found their service unsatisfactory. When I called Uber Eats, the person I spoke to was rude and arrogant, stating that he owned five restaurants and didn't care about my complaint. He also refused to give me his name. The level of service provided is extremely poor and the customer service is appalling.

We will definitely be back.
