The food was delicious, but unfortunately, it took 45 minutes after we were seated for our drink orders to be taken. It felt like a busy Friday night when, in reality, it was just a Tuesday. I was hesitant to order another drink because I was concerned about how long the first one took. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hot Lips Hacienda:
Overall, it wasn't too bad. The staff was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. However, we weren't informed about the tapas-style dining when we ordered, which led to everything arriving at once despite specifying that we wanted a starter and a main. Some of the food was slightly overcooked and lost some flavor. It's different from traditional Mexican cuisine, so don't expect nachos or tacos. View all feedback.
The service was a rare experience with workers who actually enjoy their job. they were attentive and friendly and that was also great.
Food was superb. But the service was the stand out. Customer service 10/10 Thanks to our generous and knowledgeable waiter!

Great spot and nice food. Not huge servings but it is meant to be like that. You can just keep adding more dishes depending on your apeitite
Our meals were wrong and we had to send the same meal back twice. Waiters forgot one of our cocktails.
