The Greyhound offers a vibrant atmosphere, with attentive staff and reasonably priced dishes that often delight patrons. Many diners rave about the quality of food, particularly the Sunday Roast and desserts like sticky toffee pudding. The welcoming bar area is also a highlight for those looking to unwind. However, not all experiences align, as some guests report significant issues with undercooked meals and slow service, particularly during busy times. Despite these setbacks, the overall impression tends to lean positive, showcasing potential for enjoyable visits, especially for families and friends looking for a cozy dining destination.

Saturday afternoon... 26. May. They would expect to have to wait a little while, but although the sun was out and the place was extremely busy, we were very well looked after. The staff was attentive, very polite, friendly and helpful. The food was of good quality and abundant. Worth the prizes. I would (and have) recommend to leave the Greyhound for a meal with suitable playground for children steam and family members 5 minutes to let the food go.

Been twice now both times amazing food and great service. Would highly recommend this place for a nice meal and drinks.

For restarting the pub. They had a fabulous envelope. All new interiors and a new menu with a very large selection of new dishes. The outdoor space is beautiful and they have a large space for children. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Review useful as follow thanks

I recommended this pub and we were not disappointed, we did not wait long for food, service was excellent, the pub was clean and welcoming would definitely visit again.

We went with friends for lunch promotional reopening). We were greeted by a friendly guy and taken to our table and told that Ashleigh would look after us which she did. She introduced herself and took our orders and looked after us throughout despite being a very busy lunchtime. Our food was very good, sticky toffee pudding was to die for. We weren't rushed at all and each member of staff we met was very friendly. We had visited before the refurbishment and always been satisfied.
