I recently visited a restaurant that is under new management and decided to try their breakfast. I was aiming for a healthier option but was disappointed when they removed something I wanted. I asked if they could prepare the sausage by grilling it instead of frying, and they said it wouldn’t be a problem. As previously noted, they offer excellent black pudding, along with a new selection of "continental" breakfast options.
