I believe these are the best wings I've ever had, even compared to those in the US. The wings have dry meat (as opposed to the soggy pieces you sometimes encounter) but still fall off the bone effortlessly. There are great flavor options for the glaze, and the amount is just right—you'll definitely need a napkin, but it’s not overwhelming. They come out nice and hot. I recommend pairing them with a flight of four random beers you’ve never tried before, which is a fantastic deal. The price per person is around £20–30.

Can't reccomend this place enough. Good beer selection and the food was really great. What really topped it off was the quality of the staff. Probably the best staff service I've had for years in a bar. Massive kudos to them all. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We stopped by for a quick drink before the theatre and were greeted by friendly staff—something you don't see often these days. We only wish we had more time because the food looked absolutely delicious. They offer a fascinating and frequently changing selection of beers and ciders, which is great to see. On my next visit, I plan to try the beer flight and wings. Price per person: £1–10. Service: 5/5.

What a fantastic way to kick off a trip to England! I visited Heidrun with some local friends, and they quickly pointed it out as their favorite spot in the area—I can see why. The location is ideal for a pub crawl, grabbing a bite, or simply relaxing for hours. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making an effort to engage in conversation whenever they weren't busy. Although we only ordered drinks this time, the food looked enticing. We opted for a drink flight, which was a wonderful way to sample a few options. It's an excellent pub, and I've already returned. Cheers!
