El Patio - High Springs

This was our 1st time trying El Patio in High Springs. We usually go to the one in Alachua. We enjoyed this location as well. The food,service, and atmosphere were great. This location does have an outdoor area, which we will probably sit at next time we go. The salsa and chips were delicious, and the food we got was delicious. My son got chicken wings, and he said they were the best he has had around here. Nice and crispy. The service was great and the atmosphere was very comfortable. There is a nice bar at this location as well. We love that the restaurant is in an old building and they left the brick exposed. We will definitely be back.

Be prepared to wait. We waited a little over an hour for our food to be brought out. The seafood is good, rice and beans are good. But the steak carne asada is horrible, I do not recommend. It was way too dry and overcooked.

For my first time, I love it here. Sebastian is amazing. Very welcoming and very personable. He’s absolutely wonderful at his job and he will accomplish great things. Keep being the beam of light you are. Such a funny guy?? I came at 8:00 on 5/11 so tell him if you guys see this review. Thanks :

I personally had the molcajete, it was good, but didn't come out sizzling like I've seen in other places, so that was disappointing. But the food was good otherwise.
