Dairy Queen Grill Chill - High Ridge

One of the worse experiences we had. the dining room was open, so we went in and was completely ignored. we had to go through the drive thru to get service. even the girl who worked the drive thru was worthless. will never come back, nor will I recommend to anyone else.

I apologize for the confusion regarding the rules. I tried to place an order online, but the doors were locked, and I was instructed to come in through the drive-thru. It was very busy, and I think the employees should have the ability to turn off the pickup options on the app during peak times. I felt really sorry for the staff. Management needs to address the staff shortages by ensuring there are enough employees available at all times if that's what it takes.

The food was cold. The fries were not done.We did not get the correct food ordered.

Thank you so much! The cakes were ready right on time and they even opened a few minutes early so I could get home. The service was above and beyond. The cakes were fantastic!

We visit her quite often as my daughter is very picky and loves their fries I enjoy their pretzel sticks ? ALWAYS hot fresh! Not only is this the best DQ location,it's the best ff place within several miles.
