What Sherry3946 doesn't like about Smitty's Family And Lounge:
We were pleasantly surprised to find a Smitty’s, but we almost left before eating. Several others who came in after us did. While the food was surprisingly good, I have never seen dirtier carpets, anywhere, in my life! The smell of mold was actually overwhelming and we couldn’t wait to finish eating and leave. We will never be back unless the do a complete gut job and remodel! View all feedback.
Maybe when they renovate, they will learn propper customer service.
Food was cold and not to appetizing when it finally arrived.
Restaurant packed with only one poor waitress trying to manage. Owners? walking around doing nothing to help. Meal did not come all together, with ingredients missing from each order. Never going back.
The food was awesome and watching the sports if I can enjoy it
The service was good, wasnt busy when we were there though, lounge was closed till 2pm but with good reason, they dont have any sparkling or soda water. Good place to go for lunch
