Most of the time there are no issues with my order. The decorations inside are cool. The food is delicious, however there are many issues. Most of the time there are no issues with my order. The decorations inside are cool. The food is delicious, however there are many issues. The staff often forgot the mark which flavor sauce of wings you ordered on the box when you and your companions order different sauces, and I have gotten the wrong sauce before because of that. One time my chicken was inedible and tasted like a christmas tree. My order is wrong on occasion and a third of the time my buffalo wings are dry because there is little sauce. Also, half the time I order Wings and Things, there is no celery. Saving this restaurant from 3 stars is their delicious Zax sauce.
Food was good. service was great. but $3+ for a small thing of spicy fried mushrooms?
Zaxby's in general has really gone downhill over the years for me.
