Upon entering, I almost tripped over a roll... read more This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I was a bit skeptical after hearing people rave about the food. Upon entering, I almost tripped over a rolled-up mat that was halfway covering the floor. I probably should have taken that as a warning sign to leave. We ordered both boneless and bone-in wings, but it took 30 minutes to receive our food. When we finally got it, we were highly disappointed. The wings were lukewarm and slimy, and the fries were also barely warm and overly salted. We could only stomach a few bites before throwing them away. The only positive aspect of our visit was the friendly cashier and the drinks. I would recommend passing on this restaurant and continuing to drive elsewhere.

At the time we were asked to leave, there were 4 customers in front us and 2 customers sitting in store. This was the first time I had ever wanted to try Wing Stop and it will be the last. On top of that, I filed a complaint 3 weeks ago to corporate, I still haven 't heard anything back.TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO EAST COAST WINGS WHICH IS A 3 MINUTE DRIVE FROM THIS WINGSTOP LOCATION.

That is not... read more Priority and attitude issues. I went into this particular Wingstop two days ago at 11:10 -11:20 at the latest and I didn?t get my food until 11:37. That is not a long wait time in general, but for the order that I had gotten, it was unnecessarily toolong. I had ordered a chicken sandwich and corn and I was the only customer in there. The two girls that were working at thetime took my order and then started working on online orders for a good 15-20 minutes before I said anything. I was on my lunchbreak and needed to get back by 11:45. When I politely asked them how much longer it would take, they did not answer me but theydid start making my food and two minutes later I received it. If my order took only two minutes, why couldn?t they have justknocked it off when I first ordered it? The world may never know. But I will say that the third women that clocked in and handedme my food was polite. Edit: the Wingstop that I am currently at (West Gare City Blvd) is busy, but they were still able to getme my food in less time than it took the Wingstop on North Main. Funny.

The two girls that was working was very rude. The music was very loud and inappropriate, I ordered 5 ranches and when my food came out Ionly got four. I took my receipt and showed the lady I ordered 5 ranches and I only got 4 and she proceeded to tell me there was5 ranches on there and then walks over to my food to count them. Then a friend of mine wanted Fanta and it went out right as shewas getting her drink. The lady was like oh ok and proceeded to keep working then a gentleman came in and said something aboutthe Fanta and stopes making someone?s order to help him. I will NEVER step foot in this Wingstop again!!!!!! 1 star only forthe food!
