Despite the recent price increases, the value here remains great. I visited around 3:30 PM and I really love the atmosphere at Waffelhaus, especially after 2 PM. It's always amusing to observe and eavesdrop on the various conversations happening around. What User doesn't like about Waffle House:
the second time when you come to this place and get turned away to get ready for the next layer. it takes an hour to prepare for the next layer. 5 customers switched away in this process, but don't guess they need the business. View all feedback.
Went with a friend early morning hours on a Saturday. The food was awesome, staff could have appeared motivated/enthused to be there, but the service was not bad overall. There is handicap accessible entrance and bathrooms at this location. When I was there, it wasn't busy, just steady, there was no wait, the food was hot, and coffee fresh! Thanks!! Keep up the good work!
I love Waffle House. The woman who served us was new and in training. Her trainer made sure we were aware our waitress was in training. I thought that was great.
The food was great. This time however I mistakenly left my wallet in the booth during the late night shift. I was incredibly relieved that when I went in the next day and the staff had found it and professionally verified my identity before returning it with all contents intact. Honesty in this day in age is rare! Thanks Westchester Waffle House! You guys are awesome!!
I wish zero Stars was an option.. Tried to call in an order (8:05pm on Sunday) staff was too lazy to answer the phone and let the recording tell me they were too busy to take orders because they were focused on their dine-in customers. Went to place a to-go order at the location, (8:20pm) zero cars in the parking lot, 0 customers. Instead of being greeted by the staff I was bluntly told grills closed, we 'll start again around 9:00 apparently staff is too lazy to work a full shift and stops an hour early to wait on the next shift. Every other waffle House I 've ever been in, the cook continues to do their job until the replacement shows up and the next shift take over the grill... I wonder if the owner of the franchise knows they turn away customers for an hour or so at shift change.....
The food was decent but the service was terrible. The server cursed and yelled at everyone in my party telling us to leave. The other servers and cooks apologized for her behavior and tried to make things up but it was awful.
