What User doesn't like about The Basil Leaf Sushi&thai:
I stopped here just to get a nice look. I wasn't really hungry, so I ordered Thai tea and a spicy tuna reel. Sushi was fresh and very well made, but the tea was terrible. It was too sweet for me to leave it. The restaurant was completely empty when I was there and it was in the late afternoon. Customer service was okay. I can't say it was the best. View all feedback.
Sooo dang good!!! Beautiful aromas. Great service. We'll be absolutely back.
Good food in a relaxed atmosphere. There's panang curry, red cherry, California roll, pad see ew and some fried rice and another sushi with crab ragoon

One of the best and now my favorite places to eat. The ambience is soothing and has a very pleasant vibe. The staff is very polite and friendly. I fell in love with their food, so definitely this is now my go to Fine dining restaurant.
I discovered the Basil Leaf in Winston and also began to go to this place in the last few years. It is one of the outstanding Thai restaurants in Triad. I recommend you try to eat instead of just take, although both are solid options. The food and appetizer presentation is quite good and, especially with lunch special options, the prices are reasonable. The white rice I had with the ducks was delicious and perfectly prepared and surprised me once as the outstanding part of my meal (one of their weekend food specialties). If you like spicy, then I particularly recommend to give a basil leaf an attempt as they have a wide range of spices available (including essentially no such concern), which add an additional dimension of taste to the dish, instead of pure heat. I can't talk much for her sushi because I had only one basic role, and my only handle is perhaps the beef option with entrees is not the best. I usually get the chicken as my protein that works better for me. Valuable of five stars in total.
