Update: I don’t know if I’m in an alternate universe today or what. But I just had the greatest service from this restaurant twice today. Make sure you check your bags before you leave to ensure you have your entire order. Otherwise when you try to come back the literal next day they will not fix their mistake.
Firstly the lady on the drive through yelled at me because she kept messing up my taco order. 3 steak tacos with guac, pretty simple. She sucks. I also ordered in addition to that a soft taco 12 pack. The picture speaks for itself and they tasted like lunchable tacos. This taco bell is terrible.
Friday night at 7:45pm ordered food, Got home it was wrong. Drive through was not busy. Went back to taco bell order was replaced. Arrived home at 8:09pm order was wrong again. Gave up on trying to get the right order. With gas being so high and not trying to act a fool, I just decided to not eat that this location ever again. %100 of the time you will not get what you pay for or the order will be wrong. They do not answer the phone there as well. I do not recommend this locations
I don't usually post a review but I'm gonna be honest.. this taco bell disappoints. Especially the crunch wraps.. they have been soggy and not properly folded every time I've gotten it.. and that's a favorite of mine
The customer service at this location was unacceptable. Asked for a receipt and the manager at 10:48 pm said the “paper machine don’t work” we ordered a burrito supreme and when it wasn’t in the bag we drove back through to get it, the manager said he didn’t ring it up. So when does the manager decide what he rings me up for. I ordered a burrito supreme and that’s what I expected I’m my bag. This was the worst service from this whole crew.
