Subway - High Point

Just your typical Subway. Good food. 1.8.18 update Tonight the service was just rude. The black guy who made my subs was just not happy to be a sandwich maker. Um, dude, it's your job. The two other girls were chipper little chipmunks though. Good food.

I didn't rate because I couldn't get food to rate we came about 7:59-8:00 pm on 6-19-23 to get food we are a family of 6 so we would've spent a good 40-50 dollars but we was denied access saying they was closing early because they was super slow well there was 3 young men there also to get some food and cookies and was also turned down and I don't know if yall are aware of this but this is has happened to us a total of atleast 5 times the first few times we thought ok things happens but this has become a serial thing. So I have a question do yall close at 9 or 8??? as a customer i am truly confused and it's frustrating

I went to get a sub and it was 8:15pm online the store hour are til 9pm, I was told we close at 8:15 and the door was wide open. So make a call before going to them

Rob John, do better. Your teenage employees like to yell at customers when they walk through the door that they’re closed when the light is on, doors open, and hours posted say 9 pm. I know from experience you’re on top of that

Ordered a build your own Sandwich. You shouldn't be charged extra for any ingredient if you allowed to build your own for a sertain price. Second I asked for spinach on my sub, the one in the bowl was welted and yellow. I asked for fresh and a new bowl was added then the employee dumped the old right on top of the new spinach. Really ? I let the employee know she better not put that on my Sandwich and she definitely was fuming inside, could tell on her body language. Makes you also wonder how long they keep everything. Definitely my last trip to any Subway establishment.
