We had a delightful experience at this restaurant last night. Ordering through the app was quick and easy, and the contact-less pickup was friendly and courteous. The food was perfectly cooked, hot, and fresh, and was ready in half the time I was told. The quality exceeded my expectations. The key to her success seems to be not answering her phone. I've been waiting for my order for nearly 30 minutes, and now the phone has been left off the hook and they're not answering any calls. The service is very slow and the staff seem understaffed. View all feedback.
The gentleman named Jay that works here is the most polite and hardest worker they have. Typically I get the take out large special because it’s a good deal. For the most part my pizza has always been consistent at this particular Papa Johns. I recommend this Papa Johns!

Terrible customer service. Pizza was cold and not fully cooked(cheese not melted). Lady was very rude about the situation
I love it when they can make a pizza extra crispy!!! When the crust is really brown is the best!!
Their secret to success is just not answering their phone, as I'm here waiting on an order for almost 30mins now the phone has rang off the hook and they have ignored every call. Very slow and short staffed
