Mcdonald's - High Point

Help was pleasant and proactive, but as with most McDonald 's they can't get the orders right. I'll take a #1 and you have simple cookies? Yes! I'll take a coffee? A black and the other light and sweet... how many? 8 sugars... 8! I have a 1 and 2 coffee! Which is the sweet coffee and which is the black? That's the one I've set 8. Yes I did it myself thanks. Where's the simple cookie? She didn't charge you for a cookie. And no sugar or cream in coffee.

I received a coupon to buy some buttermilk chicken tenders and get some free. Simply put...these chicken tenders were SHAMEFUL. I'm still in disbelief that these tenders were even served. Both boxes were filled with dry, burned, over-cooked, rubbery tenders that were unappealing to look at. They were impossible to eat. And what's really ironic is that we waited about ten minutes to even receive our food. We actually thought that our tenders were being fried fresh to order...but that couldn't be further from the truth. We waited ALL THAT TIME...only to receive this despicably inedible food. My family could not even eat them. I was too tired to drive back there with this complaint. Shame on your staff for serving these! An utter waste of my time and money. One star is too much.

Second time in a row I ordered an icy caramel mocha and they never put the mocha. lol

Although we had to wait for our food, it was made fresh that they got the order right.

Driving through is so slow, even late at night with hardly any cars waiting. I can't go there any more because they took salads from their menu. I'm going to Wendy.
