Horrible customer service. Your supposed to happy someone is supporting your business.
If you can't take orders correctly have someone behind the counter that can. I ordered a 15 inch NY pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese I got neither. I got a plain pizza with nothing on it. Needless to say I'm not going back to Lubranos.
