Firehouse Subs Deep River - High Point

The place has a 94 sanitation grade. It’s just as nasty as it sounds. There are so many things that I could say about this place ranging from the employees. They have working there to being asked to tip before I even taste my sandwich to the nasty tables that have clearly not been wiped down. I’m just going to say, save your money if you don’t like eating in filth.

Our family has ate here sense it first opened. The past almost year, it's been absolutely horrible. I've gave this location another try time after time, just in hopes that maybe they have got it back together. Tonight was the LAST time I spend 60$ on 3 subs for them to be absolutely disgusting and not even edible. Huge chunks of random meat in subs, they don't toast it or modify your order in any way. If I'm going to spend 60$ or more on 3 subs, least you could do is get the order right. Dude working today was sitting on the counter chilling on his phone. Didn't even acknowledge us. We thanked him and he barely took his eyes off his phone. The food was absolutely disgusting. Your location used to be so good!! Great Crew, clean store and DELICIOUS food. I had yall at 5 stars for years!! This is sad. But I won't give Firehouse another dollar. I'd like to be put in contact with the General Manager or owner of this particular store. Corporate should also be notified. This is unacceptable. Truly. Do better.

Placed an online order and it took over 45 minutes to get after I showed up at the restaurant. People walked in after me placed their orders and got food before I did. When we did get the food the potato soup was a disgusting lump of grease. Edit: Tried to give this location another chance and both of the sandwiches we ordered were completely wrong.

Health standerd was so low when everybody prepares your food DO NOT wear a head cover altho both guys there had very long hair which am so sure it's going to fall in someone's sandwich and when I asked they all agreed that they don't have that standards to wear a head cover!
