Cicis Pizza - High Point

Went for a baseball team party on 11/17 and this spot was lit. I haven't been to a place this crowded since a college house party. (that was also lit) Anyway The staff here was A+. They worked very fast and had great attitudes. It's a hustle and bustle job, not easy, quite stressful times. I appreciate their hard work making my family and baseball team experience a very good one. Bonus points Most all the arcade games were working. Turn down for what.

Recently took a 6 year old and their 4 friends to this HP Cici’s to celebrate the 6 year old’s birthday! We had a great time! Great pizza and great desserts! The service from the employees was wonderful. They were welcoming and really nice! One of the employees called me “Super Dad”. Haha they said “you have 5 kids, that’s a handful, you’re Super Dad”. I explained they’re not all my kids that I actually consider them my friends and it’s the 6 year olds birthday. The employee was extremely kind, said “happy birthday” to the 6 year old and told me I’m a awesome person to take them out. Would highly recommend this Cici’s for some fun! Great job crew!

It was honestly awful. There was four of us, but two of us weren’t eating. So it was a 3 year old an adult buffet. The mother of the three year old ordered a personal for him because obviously he couldn’t himself while we were looking for seats. When we came back up there the greeter was clearly confused so we explain the situation and then he tells us that the personal pizza the mother ordered wouldn’t be done because she didn’t have a buffet and we explained it for him again that while she’s not eating she order for her son and he said that can’t do that. Then we asked for it to be put under the adult who was eating then and he said they couldn’t do that because of the mother, which made no sense. Then we just said okay and that adult that did have a buffet order a personal for themselves and he did it. We waited over half an hour for it and we asked the manager that was out at the moment about it and he told us it was canceled because the mother kept going to the bar. We explained that she was getting food for the three year old and soup for the one year old, which they knew because multiple employees were watching her. We explained the situation once again and I offered to give him our receipt. He said it was fine but then acted very weird and honestly rude while taking the order, when it was finally ready we asked for them to put it in their small box because we needed to leave (they made us late). He told us they couldn’t do that. Which isn’t true, when ever they mess up and it’s genuinely their fault and the people have to leave they put there personal in a box. I should have just gotten a refund because the personal was the only thing they could eat there.

I haven't been to a cicis in years but wanted to give it a try. It wasn't horrible but it def wasn't great. The cheesy bread bite things were the best thing on the buffet. It was fairly busy when I went and somehow the pizza still didn't look very fresh during either of my trips up to the buffet.

The cashier was pleasant and, when she was not at the register, she was out in the dining room cleaning tables with disinfectant. The young man baking replenishing the line kept bringing a variety of fresh, hot pizzas. The Buffalo Chicken Pizza was really good. For the price, it’s good food that is hot and ready.
