Chu's Express - High Point

Food was bland and doesn’t taste anything like Chinese food !! Would not recommend , don’t waste your money

I’m shocked. I’ve been a few years ago and left five stars. Went back because the “Chus Express” on EastChester was closed. Bad idea. I assume the two have nothing to do with each other. The woman at the westchester location was so nice and you can grab your own sauce. But when I tell you that food was disgusting, I mean it! I’m not one to waste food but truly couldn’t eat more than a few bites and threw the rest out. The rice is clearly over cooked, the flavor or the rice and chicken were both so bad. And the egg roll was like those cheap ones you get in the frozen section. I’m in utter shock, whatever y’all served two years ago needs to come back. Id you’re reading this, just go to the EastChester one, their food is delicious! *old review from two years ago below* I went to the wrong location at first (whoops) but when I arrived the workers so so sweet. They kept thanking me for still coming all the way out there. They warmed my heart, and the food was delicious! It was my first time eating heir food but it won’t be the last!

Tried the yum yum shrimp was very fresh and delicious. There vegetable fried rice is awesome! They have a new customer!

The food is fine, but not very flavorful. Got hot honey chicken and it wasn't spicy at all. Good price on lunch specials though.

This place is a hidden gem. I ordered food for all of the staff at work and we ALL LOVED it!!! The value is amazing, the flavors are lovely, and the staff is so accommodating. Mr. Chu even prepared the food himself. Thank you for the wonderful lunch.
