I stopped at the High Point location to get a Bo box, and just like the Archdale Bojangles, they didn’t have any sides available—this time they were out of coleslaw at 5:00 pm. When asked if I wanted to wait, I said no. I should have learned my lesson but gave them one more chance. There’s no point in building a new Bojangles if you can’t properly run the existing one. The service was terrible again, and it’s no surprise they have bad ratings.

Unfo... read more This restaurant is in dire need of an upgrade. I noticed that none of the staff, including those who are black, were wearing hairnets, which is concerning. Unfortunately, I found a hair in my food during my visit, which was quite off-putting. Although I can’t recall the exact date of my visit, it was nearly a week ago. The establishment needs to focus on hiring more responsible employees and improving their overall cleanliness. Moreover, the area behind the counter appeared unsanitary.
