At the takeout window, if you ask for mayonnaise or mustard to be put on your biscuit, they only provide you with packets. This can make it difficult to add the toppings while driving. I do this almost daily, and it should only take a few seconds to swipe and add the condiments. View all feedback.
We were in the drive-thru waiting because the car in front was talking to one of your workers about their schedule, which seemed unprofessional to us since we were waiting to get our food. It's a drive-thru for fast food after all. Our fries were cold, and when we thanked the worker and wished them a good day, they were not friendly towards us and just stared back. I believe your customer service friendliness needs to be improved and retrained.

The restaurant has excellent staff who are professional and courteous, and the food is delicious.
Ordered a chicken biscuit combo with an oj large size. I only got my oj an fries. Definitely a problem. Today date 2/25/22
The absolute best staff that are friendly and care about there job. I eat there every morning before work
