I had a disappointing experience during my visit in July 2023. The woman preparing the sandwiches seemed unsure of how to do it properly—she tried to toast my sub after adding the vegetables, and I had to explain the correct process to her. The pizza she made was cold in the center, and she piled on an excessive amount of pepperoni—about 30 pieces! We didn’t have the courage to ask her to stop adding more because she seemed quite irritable. To make matters worse, she complained about another customer right in front of them. Overall, it was clear that the lady struggled with both social interactions and cooking skills.

I got very sick from the food the last time I ate at this Subway, and I haven't gone back since. I wasn't the only one who got ill, so I can confidently say I’ll never eat there again. Even if the situation improves, I can't bring myself to return. If you read my recent review about the truck stop restroom, you’ll see the conditions the Subway employees have to deal with. The restroom smelled like old urine, reminiscent of a nursing home. Someone should definitely notify the health department!

While I was eating, the clerk stuck her head out and made a comment about giving me a warning. After we finished, my sister went back to clarify the situation, but the clerk reacted angrily and stormed away from the counter. It turns out that rather than having a straightforward charge for the salad, the price includes the cost of a sub along with the salad. This entire awkward situation could have easily been avoided if Subway simply had a clear salad fee.

Allison and Kimberly were in the restaurant today making sandwiches, and they did an excellent job. They mentioned that they're focused on improving the store, and I'm pleased to say that I will definitely return many times!
