What User doesn't like about Itoh Dining Kyoto:
the purpose of visiting this restaurant was for my friend to taste the famous kobe bark. he chose the a5 kobe beef course (12500 yen), while I decided to start a (sea bream carpaccio) and hummer. Although the dishes contained in the Kobe-Rind course were very good, my friend at the end did not feel that it justified the price, as he felt the meat, was even a bit chewing towards the end. for me the seabread was delici... Food was amazing, both the beef and seafood. Great service with beautiful quaint atmosphere
The place is very nice Not very big so it could be perfect for a romantic dinner (especially at the tables near the window), less quiet at the cooking-bar We has the kobe menu, the meat was cooked in a great way and the flavour was super but too little!! The rest of the course were good..just the soul was a little to common for the place The service should be better.. For the price you pay when you say no ginger you are really not supposed to find a big portion of ginger in your first course, with nobody telling you that it is ginger.. And the staff was kind but it 's difficult to be seen to ask them what do you need
A restaurant that offers juicy steaks, fried oysters, foie grass and Hazy IPA in an amazing river bank, will get high traces of me!
One of the best experiences I've ever had. We went solo instead of the set menu and massively excavated. Best roasted rice ever, A5 Wagyu is crazy good and Kobe Beef is hard to beat! Also try their craft beer, compliments the salt and very easy as well
Amazing experience and one of best meals I have ever had. Great ambience at kitchen bar. Good service and amazing food from the Aburi Salmon and Potato Soup, through corn tempura, tomato and mushroom salad through the delicious snow crab Capellini, the Grilled Sea Bass to the main course of Beef with Wasabe Sauce and Anticucho. Not forgetting the Tarte Tatin!
