The place is 10 minutes from the railway station kobuchi. the owner is really beautiful. she is vegan and prepares the meals and everything. the place is comfortable and the menu is both English and Japanese with cute drawings. eating is good and it is affordable.
Nice food, beautiful people, beautiful place. Thank you.
I recently visited "Mooring Deck" located near the Yokohama Line's "Welcome Station." Although it resembles a large house from the outside, it is actually a charming restaurant. The interior can accommodate groups of 4 and 8 people, with two seats available on the terrace. The atmosphere is peaceful, giving the impression of being inside a log cabin with tree trunk decorations. The menu is impressive, with hand-drawn illustrations instead of food photos, resembling a picture book. During my visit, I ordered a brown rice plate, hot coffee, and vegan chocolate muffins. I initially thought it wouldn't be enough food, but I was pleasantly surprised; the dishes were delicious and paired well with the coffee. The coffee in particular was a highlight, complementing the exquisite dishes and service. I highly recommend checking out this hidden gem if you are in the Kobuchi area.
