The dishes are very good at Champlain as always but a slight lack of flexibility in the choice of menus forces you to think carefully before ordering otherwise you will pay the à la carte price. 10 euros paid extra for a dessert which could have been included in the menu. An address not to be missed under any circumstances. Welcome and service with great professionalism, very warm and personalized. 2 menus offered, 26 or 36€, or à la carte, ultra fresh local products cooked with passion by the chef. Everything is explained to you, the origin and the preparation. Really a very good restaurant if you visit Brouage with top-notch staff.
Wow, what a place. Particularly well received, we had an aperitif on the terrace and then dined inside. We took menus for 26 euros for starter, main course and dessert. Reasonable for the quality of the ingredients and the precision of the cooking. Well seasoned dishes, well presented and respected products. What more ? A good atmosphere, it is present with two particularly friendly and professional waitresses. The premises are very clean, the toilets are good with PMR access via a slope. The entrance to the restaurant is also PMR. I recommend this quality restaurant with good value for money.
Very good restaurant, very friendly staff, Jean Paul and Kathy, the super friendly owners, put together a super hearty menu for a surprise birthday. Thank you again, we will come back to see you and I highly recommend people passing through Brouage to come and eat at Champlain.

Always very satisfied with the dishes, not many of them, but it is best to have a small card and to promote quality. I recommend this address when you're on the road.
