For our main courses, we tried the Massaman Curry an... read more We ordered beef and chicken satay as appetizers; the beef was a bit chewy, but the chicken was very tender. For our main courses, we tried the Massaman Curry and the chef's special bag with Tamarind sauce. My bag was delightfully crispy and delicate with a sweet and savory flavor, while my friend’s Massaman Curry was an excellent choice and did not disappoint. Overall, I would give this restaurant 4 stars for its combination of flavor, decor, and service. Although it can be somewhat pricey, the portions are reasonable for a traditional dining experience!

If you prefer bland food, then maybe you should stick to your own choices and not critique this gem. Mukda serves some of the most authentic Thai food you'll find outside of Thailand. Having lived in Thailand for eight years, I can confidently say this is the best Thai food on Long Island. Give it a try; you won't be disappointed!
