Domino's Pizza - Hicksville

This is one of the most disgusting places I have ever visited. The staff handle food without gloves, which I never expected to see. Despite this, people still eat here. I felt sick and ended up throwing up after eating there.

While visiting New York from Canada, we found ourselves hungry late at night after checking into our hotel. Luckily, we stumbled upon this pizza place that was still open. The freshly made pizza was absolutely delicious and the price was reasonable. They also had a wide variety of vegetarian toppings to choose from. Highly recommended!

I was craving a late-night pizza on my way home from work and decided to call Domino's. Initially, I tried to order from the Massapequa store, which is the closest to my house. However, I was surprised to learn that they couldn't take my order because I was almost at the store, despite them still being open for another 16 minutes. Fortunately, the Hicksville Domino's had an answering service that was welcoming and pleasant. I placed my order while driving to the store and when I arrived, my pizza was already on its way out of the oven. The staff was friendly and energetic, even though it was 2 AM and they were busy cleaning up to close. I will definitely give Massapequa another chance, but Hicksville Domino's will be my go-to choice. I appreciate how they handled my last-minute order, especially after being turned away by the other store. And to top it off, the pizza looks excellent. I can't wait to get home and enjoy it. I placed an order at 11:30 a.m. and paid using the app with a debit card. However, when the delivery driver arrived, he claimed that the order was not paid for. After some confusion, he eventually confirmed that the payment had gone through late. Then, at 1:30 a.m., we were unexpectedly awakened by a delivery driver knocking on our door. Despite multiple attempts to contact us beforehand, we were told that our payment did not go through and we had to pay again. We were never contacted via the phone number or email provided on the app. It is completely unacceptable to have a driver show up at our door late at night without making any prior contact attempts. This kind of behavior is not appropriate, especially after the order has already been delivered.

Excellent management and I have my pizza in time. Super satisfied and look forward to further incoming orders. I definitely recommend this place.
