Most hilarious conversation. I was willing to pay extra for all their packaging material my only request was they use my shipping label since i have my own rates as a business. They had a book full of excuses as to why it wouldn’t work. Seems like they just don’t want my money! That’s fine because there are a million other businesses which can use the income. I purchased a 4 lb tray of rainbow cookies and a 4 lb tray of Italian cookies from this restaurant. The rainbow cookies were delicious, but I was disappointed with the Italian cookies. Even the guests at the party were surprised that there were no raspberry jelly filled cookies. The tray only contained chocolate chip, sprinkle, plain, and sesame cookies. I felt that they were not worth the money. I reached out to the company with a complaint, but unfortunately, I never received a response. It looks like I will have to find a new company to order from in the future.
Clean and beautiful. I ordered cupcakes for Halloween, kids loved it! I will definitely reorder for next year!
The price is right the owner is nice. A wide selection of items. I like it because the items are packaged with class.
We love the cookie outlet. Our favorite are the rainbow cookies. Nice and fresh.
After many years of going here to get cookies for special occasions, they have really disappointed us all. I purchased about 2 lbs of rainbow cookies, a package of Raspberry Finger cookies and marzipan. Prices were way up, but quality was way down. You could not even taste any almond flavor in the rainbow cookies. You would think with the high price increase they would at least keep the ingredients and recipe the same. No, they tasted so plain and everyone noticed. Also saw the same Raspberry Finger cookies in Stop and Shop costing much less. Factory outlet that charges more?! Will not be ripped off here ever again.
