Each time I use the drive-thru, the wait is unusually long, and they frequently seem to be out of various items. Even when I repeat my order multiple times at both the intercom and the window, something is always missing or incorrect. I might seem like a typical complainer, but it’s truly frustrating to see the staff without any sense of urgency or concern. I keep giving it another chance, but I always end up regretting my decision.

It came back in about 15 seconds, which definitely wasn’t enough time to fix the issue properly. While I was waiting, I noticed a child from the kitchen come out, see my sandwich, and try to hide a laugh as he quickly left. Given this experience, I won’t be coming back to this restaurant.

Traneia apologized for her staff's behavior and offered to remake our order if we came back in. This entire experience was unnecessary and could have been easily resolved if it hadn't been for a disrespectful employee, whose name may have been Katie, Kellie, or something similar.

Our order was missing several items, and the drink machine had only a limited selection of unusual diet sodas. To make matters worse, the trash cans were overflowing. Instead of dealing with the trash, the staff simply put up a sign asking customers to take their trays to the other side of the restaurant.

However, I find their prices to be quite high, and the portion sizes don’t seem to match what is advertised. The chicken fingers seem to be getting smaller with each visit, and the amount of food you receive is disappointing given the cost. Overall, it feels too expensive for the limited portions offered.
