I noticed several employees coming and going whi... read more I waited over 20 minutes in line with only two cars ahead of me, which is an absurd wait time for a drive-thru. I noticed several employees coming and going while I was waiting. There were also quite a few cars behind me. I even called the store to check if there was an issue causing the delay, but everything seemed fine. The lack of timely customer service was disappointing. This experience was truly frustrating.

This is incredibly unprofessional. I do not recommend this establishment. Additionally, when I requested just a few packets of sauce, they overloaded my bag despite only having ordered four items. Honestly, how much sauce do you really need on a Thursday night?

After a disappointing experience at the drive-thru, I got home and took a bite of my chalupa only to find a hard plastic lid inside, which chipped my tooth (see photos). I tried calling twice, but no one answered.
