This place was super cute and the service was good but I knocked off a star because I didn't see masks on the staff, hand sanitizer or gloves. Precautions like that make me feel safer during this pandemic. Great flavors. I really liked the pomegranate lemonade! View all feedback.

Staff wasn't friendly or welcoming at the least. My son had won a competition at school and was rewarded a free cup and t-shirt, they had to call someone for help. My son My daughter and I all made bowls and it was melt by the time they figured out how to charge us. We gave them the certificate when we arrived they said to go ahead and make the cups. Staff was helpful and friendly. Yogurt was great with plenty of flavors! They also have chairs outside you can use while you eat your yogurt if you don't want to sit inside????

I love sweet frog. I see now why they are nice and pleasant to people. They are Christian owned. I love some of the flavors,, but I love the sorbet the most. I can't resist getting a little of everything I like. It's heavy by the time I get up to pay so I don't do toppings. I come as often as I can afford to. You do so many trips the you get a freebie. I think it's 10 then a freebie.
Not a welcoming place. ???? 3 young ladie's working were too busy chatting, giggling in the back to help us with the toppings. It would be great if the clear divider was removed so customers can self serve their own toppings. Smiles are free, instead of mean mugging paying customers. They seemed annoyed to do their job. ????
They're too expensive and it wasn't that great and I had a $50 bill and they would not take my $50 bill which is US currency by federal law they have to accept any US currency and they refuse to take my $50 I will never go there again this is Prince James the King of the Dutchland I'm related to William and Harry and the Queen and other people and I'm also United States military army
