The grilled chicken sandwich was just mediocre. I don't plan on returning. On a positive note, the staff were friendly.

It was truly a delightful experience that we enj... read more The chicken was absolutely fantastic, but that's what I anticipated! Ours was served hot, crunchy, and buttery. It was truly a delightful experience that we enjoyed for a solid 10 minutes, unless you're someone who can finish it in just 2. We used a coupon from the Boy Scouts' annual sale, and with two kids and a buy-one-get-one deal, our total was around $20.

If you like a less thick milkshake it will be great for you. Overall, excellent place.

Something is always wrong with our order. On top of that, I miss their original menu. They used to have the best,simplified menu. You could taste the REALness of the food. The sauces don't taste as good, anymore, either. I've been a PDQ fansince their beginnings! They used to have a test restaurant in Fort Mill, SC back when they were red, white, and blue! The PDQ'sin FLORIDA {Tampa, Lakeland, etc... are so much better as well! The Concord PDQ is better than this one! We were incrediblythrilled to see a PDQ in Hickory when we moved here over the summer. We left thoroughly disappointed. Do better please!
