I called and even though they had already made the bowl, they offered to remake the bowl without the peanut butter which was incredibly nice as itwas my fault. Love the smoothie bowls here and awesome customer service!!

And really, it's kind of a treat because the fruit is healthy but the whole thing is kind of a lot of sugar all natural! but still sugar. I think the Queen City is myfave.

Lady asked for my name but I told her I didn’t have an order that I was trying to place one. She then proceeded to tell me that I could either come into the store and order or tried talking me on how to do it online. I ended up order just my boyfriend food as I was going to ask for recommendations since I had never been there before but because it was raining and I didn’t want to drag my 3 year old and my screaming newborn in so I just decided to order online for just him. Placed the order and went back though the drive thru and as the lady was handing me my order she dropped the whole bag on the wet ground. She picked The bag up off the ground and then just handed it to me. Didn’t want to cause a big scene about it with my kiddos in the car but with it falling in the ground and just handing it to me was not ok.Parking: Like three spots that clearly are employees so if those are taken you have to park on the lot next to the store.Kid-friendliness: None

I get it’s he... read more 4 stars because in my honest opinion, it would be much cheaper to make all this at home. It’s pretty pricey for the sizes (we got the snack size). I get it’s healthy but no reason to bump up prices on healthy foods. Overall it still hit the spot and I recommend it for the people who might not have time to make it themselves!Parking: They have a small paved parking lot behind the building but off to the side there’s a dirt parking lot.
