I ordered the smash burger, and it looked like a low-quality soy patty you might find at a school cafeteria. The bacon was microwaved and barely cooked. Overall, it was just disgusting.

We ask about the... read more We had Natalie's birthday dinner at O'charlies in Hickory. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER..... Waitress was rude, forgot one of the dishes in the back. We ask about the food several times, finally ask the manager where moms food was. When it did come out itwas cold. Waitress made rude comments about dad, who has had several strokes and walks slow, and has problems with speaking. Shewas insensitive to his condition. The manager made excuses for her when he was notified of her comments. When we were leaving,the manager made a smart remark to other patrons and wait staff complaining we were there too long. He didn't realize some of uswere still standing behind him. Will NOT be going there again!

Food has been really good (except 1 batch of rolls which were rubbery and hard). Service has been attentive and great experiences
