I went to the one in Conover it not so good when I came up through the drive-through ! Got me a little side salad with grilled chicken and the tomatoes were fresh chicken was hot in the salad was absolutely wonderful. The price was good too they even offered me a water
This one is way better than the one at the shopping center in Hickory. They're friendlier and faster and gets my order right.
I actually just stopped to kill some time and get my puppy some water which they had no problem helping me with through the drive through at no charge and service is always with a smile at this location.

Jack in the box Hwy 321. Very unprofessional customer service. Unreliable employee management allows employees to be able to extremely disregard customers. I just had a visit to the restaurant Monday afternoon. The young man who took the order was new. He asked me to repeat my order. I finally asked what's going on? He said he was new, I understand when he needed help. He was a nice young man. As usual, she was another employee who asked me for a young man. What?s was your order I repeated the order for the 4th time. Then he said it? Tell me I'm moving up. I pulled up, gave him my card he pulled my card out of my hand. I said wait a minute, not be rude to take my card like that. He tells me you're rude. The young lady over the shift never said a word. This young shirt was hanging out of his pants. He was very disrespectful and Rude. I called on Tuesday morning to talk to management. I left my name and number at 10 a.m. on Tuesday morning. No call returned YET it?s Wednesday morning 1:06. Very unprofessional extremely rude employees and managers. Don't go to the box. The in Conover their so friendly Extrem professional food always fresh and fast service.
