It was implied that we looked too good to get inside to pick up the order? The order that was right after this other employee was rude that we could not get us out in the car to bring us out?!!! Because we were told that we should come inside to look for, since we were first, what we should do. what makes us not to be in the car? then I saw the one apology for a cursed crepe!!! When I was amazing before Ihop when I had ordered that same meal. Never again after this morning go cheerfully around half a crepe and some other burnt things. I expected so much better. I recommended it to my girl she had never eaten there. I said it was so good and that made me look silly.

She was incredibly friendly and sweet, and she truly made my evening special. Her service was fantastic; she was quick to take my order and made sure everything was great. Next time, I will definitely ask for Kendra!

I had to go inside and check with the kitchen after the waitress repeatedly told me they were "working on it." It wasn't until I expressed my frustration and asked for a refund that they finally completed the other half of my order after 50 minutes. The pancakes I received bore no resemblance to the lemon ricotta that I had expected. Additionally, there was another customer next to me who had been waiting just as long for his curbside pickup. I understand that many places are short-staffed, but the diners inside were all being served promptly. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

The eggs were cooked hard instead of over medium, the bacon was overcooked, and there was no sugar-free syrup available until after we finished eating. The waitress was very kind and apologetic, but this level of service is unacceptable for a restaurant. We were given credit for one meal and invited to return, but unfortunately, this will be our last visit for a while since our previous experience was very similar.
