Food Factory Craft Diner - Hickory

I really enjoyed the roasted cheese curds and the trio samplers, as well as the shrimp cups with cream dip and hush puppies, which reminded me more of crab cakes. The only issue we had was that my wife's burger was a bit dry.

We had a fantastic experience, especially since it was our first visit. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, and the food was excellent! Our server, Eli, did an amazing job taking care of our party of 13. The ambiance was lovely as well. Greg, the bartender, was incredibly attentive and made some fantastic drinks! We definitely plan to come back!

The appetizers and entrees were delightful and thoughtfully crafted. The vegetarian options are excellent; I highly recommend the cauliflower steak.
