I'm not sure they're under new ownership? but I waited for the loudspeaker in passing for 10 minutes until someone said hello or asked about my order. So I came out of the line and went into the load, and they are very busy inside and none of the hired knew what they did, there were orders that were secured. So I just left and I won't be back! Customer service was bad. Nobody smiles and acts as if they hate their job. The food wasn't good at this place. Won back
Only through the ride thru and the girl muttered so much we couldn't understand her. We get into the window and she acted miserable and unfriendly. My husband's hot coffee wasn't hot and wasn't, as he ordered, too much cream! Very disappointed! Miserable girl has to find another job!
The staff seemed unhappy and did not mix drinks correctly.
Today is National Donut Day and Dunkin is offering a free donut with any drink purchase. I bought two drinks and did not receive a free donut. When we asked for our free donut, it seemed like we were asking for a dozen. We were told that we should have requested the donut when we placed our drink order. The person who appeared to be the manager walked over and stated that we should have thought about it earlier before walking away. Despite this, the woman at the register still offered us the donut. However, after the interaction with the manager and the attitude displayed, I decided not to accept anything they had touched. I gave them three stars because this was not the typical experience I have had at this location and I usually have a pleasant visit.
Woman at drive-thru was very rude. Won’t be back to this location!
