Today... read more I’ve always loved out local BurgerFi here in Hickory NC but I gotta say that the last couple times I’ve been in there it has progressively gone downhill. Today was my most recent visit and when I walked in I was petrified, I almost turned around and left but didn’t want to make a scene but, the first thing that got me was how wet dirty the floor was, the tables were greywater streaked from wiping tables down with a dirty rag. There were some menu items not available but that’s not a big bother, it happens from time to time. The small portion of the floor that was dry stuck to my shoes as I walked to the table to await my food, which I have no complaint about because it was hot and fresh but the dining area was a mess. I dared not go to the restroom and thats why I didn’t speak on it. I won’t be going back there in the near future.

I wasn’t a fan of the prices but I understand the quality with price/demand is going to make it more compared to other food places. I loved the onion rings as well. Can’t wait to try other menu items sometime!It was 36 for our food including 2 drinks.*cashiers were very nice we were greeted as we walked inside.

As we were walking out, one of the employees was about to lock the door while telling others that they were closed, despite the fact that it was only 7 PM and t... read more As we were walking out, one of the employees was about to lock the door while telling others that they were closed, despite the fact that it was only 7 PM and their hours indicate they close at 9 PM. This made it difficult for us to exit the restaurant. When we finally made it to the car, we discovered that our food was significantly undercooked and inedible. I don’t want to place the blame solely on the young staff, as they were likely inexperienced and this may have been their first job. However, the management clearly needs to improve, and I wouldn’t recommend returning until they either are replaced or receive proper training. On a lighter note, I did discover which of the cashiers has a better jump shot during our visit.

BTW was just visiting NC and had never heard of BurgerFi, but my son and grandson wanted burgers...good choice!
