Bojangles - Hickory

I couldn't find the entrance as there was no sign on the door, and my large truck was not allowed to drive through, so I was turned away from being served.

The food at the restaurant was good, but the sweet tea was amazing. It was too weak and lacked enough sugar, which seems to be a consistent issue. I will be ordering soda from now on. I still love Bojangles', but please improve the sweet tea. Thank you.

The Cajun chicken was greasy and not what I ordered. I requested two legs but received a thigh and a drumstick. The coleslaw was lukewarm and tasted old. I asked for a small portion of Cajun fries but got a family size instead. When I dug into my meal, I was surprised to find dirty rice underneath the beans. I dislike dirty rice so I discarded it. Overall, I was not happy with the food and service at Bojangles. I don't think I will be returning anytime soon.

I had to order takeout since the dining room was closed. It seems like they are understaffed like many other places. Frustrating!

The food is delicious and perfect for a convenient dinner night. The big family meal is a great value with everything included, saving you time and effort. You can't go wrong with this option.
